In the Spirit of “Giving Back”, Chef Lance will consider requests to serve or donate his talents to Community based events as a volunteer to help cook, serve, organize or be of help in any needed capacity (table worker, greeter and other mundane staffing needs.)

If you are planning an event where food will be served or needs cooking, arrangements for professional help at no cost can be possible. All decisions are based on schedule availability and scope of work.

Along with cooking, one of Chef Lances’ other talents and passions is as a public speaker. Happy to be a guest at your next Team meeting or corporate event to speak firsthand about developing business from idea to execution and how that journey worked in his experience. Passion about cooking often goes hand-in-hand with passion to teach/share to others who are looking to learn.
